NY State MLS is the statewide MLS for New York, but it is part of Illinois State MLS, which is a powered by the nationwide MLS, which covers every state in the country. All members of NY State MLS are part of Illinois State MLS and vice versa.

MLS Members can join Real Estate Auction listings with an extensive list of auction-specific fields made for the auctioneer of real estate in mind. Include auctions that are both Absolute and Non-Absolute. If auctions are being sold as regular auctions, the bid for starting is necessary. If the auction is an absolute one is chosen, the form asks for an estimate price. There is an option to bid on-line if have online bidding setup in your site. The time of the auction’s start and finish is included, as is an option to mark the auction as online only if appropriate.
